(b) On June 28, 2016, George E. Rider, one of our named executive officers, advised the general partners of Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (“TEP”) and Tallgrass Energy GP, LP (“TEGP”) that he intends to retire from all of his positions at TEP and TEGP, and their affiliates, effective as of July 1, 2016.
Mr. Rider had previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of TEP and TEGP. Christopher R. Jones has been appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of TEP and TEGP.
