Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 28, 2017, as part of a series of transactions by Youngevity International, Inc., the reporting person exchanged his Series A Warrants dated October 2015 for Series D Warrants to purchase an aggregate of 1,630 shares of Common Stock. The shares underlying the Series D warrants were incorrectly reported on the original Form 4.
