1. Mr. Sandberg received the shares from the registrant in consideration for his service as a member of its board of directors.

2. All figures reflect the 1 for 9.9 reverse stock split that was effectuated on December 16, 2014.

3. Mr. Sandberg is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Angby Sportclub, a not-for-profit organization, which is the owner of the 90,858 shares. Mr. Sandberg disclaims any beneficial ownership of the shares held by Angby Sportclub.
