Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 7, 2017, Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB, announced, through various social media networks, that Waterstone Mortgage Corporation had achieved a record-breaking month in June of 2017 with respect to the volume of loans funded.  During the month of June 2017, Waterstone Mortgage Corporation funded approximately $296 million of loans originated for sale in the secondary market.

The information furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended or the Exchange Act.
