On August 28, 2019, Waterstone Financial, Inc. announced the hiring of Andy Peach as President and CEO of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation.  Waterstone Mortgage Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB, which, in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waterstone Financial, Inc.  A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 attached to this report and incorporated by reference.
