Wauwatosa, Wis. — 3/24/2020  —  On March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Waterstone Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per common share, payable on May 1, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 10, 2020.
