1. each of CEDC Finance Corporation International, Inc., Central European Distribution Corporation and the subsidiary guarantors identified in Schedule A hereto hereby request that the effective date for the Application for Qualification of Indenture on Form T-3 (File No. 022-28987) be accelerated so that it will be declared effective at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 21, 2013 or as soon thereafter as is practicable; and

2. each of CEDC Finance Corporation International, Inc. and Central European Distribution Corporation hereby request that the effective date for the Application for Qualification of Indenture on Form T-3 (File No. 022-28988) be accelerated so that it will be declared effective at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 21, 2013 or as soon thereafter as is practicable.

Each of the undersigned hereby acknowledges that:

• should the Commission or the Staff, acting pursuant to delegated authority, declare the applicable application effective, it does not foreclose the Commission from taking any action with respect to such application;
