1. This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 Plan entered into by the reporting person on February 16, 2021. Accordingly, the reporting person had no discretion with regard to the timing of the transaction.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $29.81 to $30.80, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, to any security holder of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, or to Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth above.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $30.98 to $31.32, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, to any security holder of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, or to Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth above.

4. On February 10, 2020, the reporting person was granted 34,761 options vesting in four equal installments on each of February 10, 2021, February 10, 2022, February 10, 2023 and February 10, 2024.
