Explanation of Responses:

1. The transactions reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan entered into on November 19, 2021.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $56.50 to $57.34, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth above.

3. The option, representing a right to purchase a total of 15,321 shares, became exercisable in three equal annual installments beginning on March 14, 2020, which was the first anniversary of the date on which the option was granted.
