Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 31, 2020, the Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing it has executed a floating-to-fixed interest rate swap transaction to effectively fix the interest rate at 3.465% on $450 million of its outstanding Term Loan. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
