Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 20, 2014, Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend payable on April 11, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
