1. Mr. Six directly owned a beneficial interest in these shares as of the date of the event which made Mr. Six subject to Section 16 (elected as a director of the company on 03/07/2016). A Form 3 was not filed at that time.

2. Mr. Six directly and indirectly owned a beneficial interest in these shares through his 100% ownership of Jabez Capital Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and such company's ownership of such shares, as of the date of the event which made Mr. Six subject to Section 16 (elected as a director on 03/07/2016).
