Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4 filed on December 18, 2020 did not report the change in the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest in shares of the Issuer's common stock owned by Echo Health Ventures LLC. As of December 16, 2020, the Reporting Person had no reportable beneficial ownership, or pecuniary interest, in shares of the Issuer's common stock owned by Echo Health Ventures LLC, and this amendment is filed to correct the disclosure. The reporting person disclaimed beneficial ownership over such shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for the purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
