Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 6, 2016, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its third quarter ended September 30, 2016 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, November 3, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
