Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 31, 2017, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
