On March 23, 2015, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. issued a press release, announcing the closing of its initial public offering and the declaration of a first quarter 2015 distribution of $0.45 per share, payable on April 30, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.
