Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 2, 2018, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) and The Regents of the University of California (“Cal Regents”), as members of Senior Credit Fund, LLC (the “Senior Credit Fund”), entered into an amendment to the amended and restated limited liability company agreement of the Senior Credit Fund (the “Amendment”) to extend the investment period for the Senior Credit Fund from January 2, 2018 to March 3, 2018.
