CCIT II is a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust with a portfolio consisting primarily of single-tenant, net-leased office and industrial properties and is managed by an affiliate of CIM Group, a Los Angeles, California-based real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer.
