On October 1, 2018, as part of the annual retainers paid to the Issuer's independent directors and pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, Mr. Hollis was granted 2,835.54 shares of the Issuer's restricted Class A common stock. The shares of restricted Class A common stock vest on the one year anniversary of the date of the grant.
