Excelsior Private Markets Fund III (TE), LLC (the “Fund”) was formed on March 18, 2013. As of September 30, 2013, the Fund had not yet commenced operations and the initial closing of the Fund had not yet occurred.
As of September 30, 2013, Steven L. Suss is the organizational member of the Fund but shall withdraw from the Fund immediately upon commencement of operations of the Fund.
