1. As previously reported on December 19, 2016, 100,000 restricted stock units settled for shares of Xenith Bankshares, Inc. common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. This amendment to the Form 4 filed on December 19, 2016 corrects the amount of securities beneficially owned by Ms. Richards following this transaction. The totals in column 5 reported in this amendment correct reporting errors through the date of this filing.
