Today, the Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Reality Shares [FUND NAME] ETF (ticker symbol: [XXXX]), of which you own shares, scheduled to be held on October 23, 2020, was adjourned to November 20, 2020 to provide shareholders who have yet to cast their proxy vote with more time to do so. The Board of Trustees of the Fund believes that the proposal is in the best interests of shareholders and recommends that shareholders vote “FOR” the proposal.
