On September 15, 2014, Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, 2014, of $0.05 per diluted share, payable October 15, 2014, for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2014.
