On March 13, 2015, Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend for the first quarter ending March 31, 2015, of $0.05 per diluted share, payable April 15, 2015, for shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
