Explanation of Responses:

1. This stock was purchased as common stock by Mr. Ketner at the formation of the company on March 30, 2013 for $.001 per share, for a total cost of $3,000.00. On December 30, 2016, Mr. Ketner removed this stock from the outstanding common share structure, into the Series B preferred.

2. This stock was purchased in the open market by an entity Mr. James Ketner directs, from October 27, 2016 through December 30, 2016, for an average price of $.054813 per share for a total cost of $260,360.24. This stock has been removed from the outstanding common share structure, into the Series A preferred.
