Explanation of Responses:

1. From July 14, 2021- December 31, 2021, and entity Mr. Ketner controls, KTNR, Inc. has sold, and or will sell a position in a company where Mr. Ketner was a previous director. These shares were purchased by KTNR, Inc. in the open market with cash. KTNR, may elect to not sell its' entire position, and if so, this filing will be amended.

2. This is an estimated price, as the total amount of shares have not been sold at the time of this report.

3. From November 1, 2921 through December 31, 2021, the wife of Mr. James Ketner has sold, and or will sell a position in a company where her husband, Mr. James Ketner, was a previous director. All of these shares were purchased in the open market with cash. Mrs. Gascon may elect to not sell her entire position, and if so, this filing will be amended.
