The Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
We are filing the extension herein consistent with the November 5, 2021 OTC Markets Group, Inc's notification to the Company that if the 10-Q report for the quarter ending September 30, 2021 is not filed on November 15, 2021, pursuant to Section 4.11(a) of the OTCQB standards, there is an additional 45 day cure period, or until December 30, 2021, to file said quarterly report with the SEC to maintain OTCQB status.
