Item 5.07Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
At the Annual Meeting on August 4, 2021, Vericity’s shareholders voted on proposals to (i) elect seven (7) directors to serve until the next annual meeting and until each such director’s successor is elected and qualified; and (ii) ratify the Audit Committee’s selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2021.
