Remarks:

A portion of the 8.250% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock owned by the Reporting Person was subject to a redemption per a Notice of Partial Redemption issued by the Issuer on November 19, 2020. All shares of Series A Preferred Stock called for redemption, including those owned by the Reporting Person, were redeemed on a pro rata basis on December 21, 2020, at a redemption price of $25.464063 per share, comprised of $25.00 per share, plus an amount equal to all accrued and unpaid dividends up to and including the redemption date of $0.464063 per share.
