Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $7.4701 to $7.535, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Frank's International N.V. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (1) and (3) to this Form 4.

2. As of September 14, 2017, WBM Partnership, LP ("WBM") directly owns 8,353,867 shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share (the "Common Stock"). WBM is controlled by William Bradford Mosing, in his capacity as managing member of WBM's general partner. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by WBM, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $7.45 to $7.555, inclusive.

4. The 52,976,000 shares reported are owned directly by Mosing Holdings, LLC. As a result of the Voting Agreement, dated July 22, 2013, by and among Ginsoma Family C.V., FWW B.V., Mosing Holdings, Inc. and the other parties thereto, Mr. Mosing may be deemed to beneficially own shares of Common Stock owned by Mosing Holdings, LLC. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by Mosing Holdings, LLC., except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
