Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share, of Frank's International N.V.

2. On February 22, 2021, the reporting person was granted 93,006 RSUs vesting ratably in three annual installments beginning on February 22, 2022.

3. Also consists of (i) 8,166 RSUs that will vest on June 25, 2021, (ii) 34,435 RSUs that will vest 50% on February 18, 2022, and 50% on February 18, 2023, and (iii) 10,117 RSUS that will vest on February 19, 2022.
