Explanation of Responses:

1. The 34,911,994 shares reported are owned directly by Mosing Holdings, LLC, as of December 4, 2017. As a result of the Voting Agreement, dated July 22, 2013, by and among Ginsoma Family C.V., FWW B.V., Mosing Holdings, LLC and the other parties thereto, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own shares of Common Stock owned by Mosing Holdings, LLC. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by Mosing Holdings, LLC, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
