1. Mosing Holdings, LLC made a distribution of shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share (the "Common Stock") to certain of its members, including the Reporting Person.

2. As of August 29, 2018, the Kirkland D. Mosing Family, L.L.C. ("KDM LLC") directly owns 13,224,888 shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share. KDM LLC is controlled by Kirkland D. Mosing, in his capacity as its sole manager.
