1. Includes 21,854 restricted share units granted under the SiriusPoint Ltd. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan that vest in equal annual installments on November 15, 2022, November 15, 2023 and November 15, 2024, subject to Mr. Yendall's continued employment with the Issuer.

2. Includes 82,781 restricted share units granted under the SiriusPoint Ltd. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan that vest ratably on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date, subject to Mr. Yendall's continued employment with the Issuer.

3. Shares withheld to cover current tax liabilities in connection with the vesting of restricted share units.
