Explanation of Responses:

1. 203,030 of the shares were distributed by Valence CDK SPV, L.P. ("Valence CDK") to its sole limited partner and 46,602 of the shares were distributed by Valence CDK to Valence Life Sciences GP II, LLC ("Valence"). The Reporting Person is a Managing Member of Valence, which is the General Partner of Valence CDK. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Valence, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
