Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On February 20, 2022, American Battery Technology Company (the “Company”) board member David Batstone provided notice to the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company of his immediate resignation from the Board. In his notice, Mr. Batstone did not provide any reason for his resignation.
