Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
In addition to the listing on the New York Stock Exchange, MiX Telematics Limited (the "Company") is also listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"), which requires the Company to file financial results prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") with the JSE. On May 27, 2021, the Company filed its preliminary unaudited IFRS financial results for the full fiscal year 2021. These results can be found on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at http://www.mixtelematics.com.
