DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF MIX TELEMATICS
Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on 3 January 2022 wherein shareholders were advised that Catherine Lewis had exercised 125 000 share appreciation rights (“SARs”) under the MiX Telematics Limited Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) and that the intention was to sell the 81 039 shares issued to her in respect of these. Shareholders are accordingly advised that Catherine Lewis has now sold all 81 039 shares, as detailed below. Catherine Lewis’ total shareholding remains 1 921 087 ordinary shares.
