Represents the payout of a performance share unit award for the June 26, 2017 - June 28, 2020 performance period under the Wright Medical Group N.V. 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan, as approved by the Issuer's Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors. Performance share unit awards are paid in ordinary shares of the Issuer.

2. Includes 6,346 ordinary shares that will be issued over time upon vesting pursuant to restricted stock units granted under the Wright Medical Group N.V. 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan and 4,867 shares that will be issued over time upon vesting pursuant to restricted stock units granted under the Wright Medical Group N.V. Amended and Restated 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan.
