2. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2022 Equity Compensation Plan vest 100% on January 30, 2024.

3. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2022 Equity Compensation Plan vest 100% on January 30, 2025.

4. Since the reporting person's last report, 1,006 shares previously held through Stock Award VIII and 2,141 shares previously held through Stock Award X have vested and are now owned directly.
