On August 1, 2019, National General Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of National Farmers Union Property & Casualty Insurance Company from a subsidiary of QBE Insurance Group.
