On June 17, 2015, Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Jack E. Rothkopf as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Prudential Savings Bank, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, effective July 1, 2015.
