On February 17, 2021, Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration by the Board of Directors on February 17, 2021, of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 22, 2021 to shareholders of record as of March 8, 2021. For additional information, reference is made to the Company’s press release, dated February 17, 2021, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
