CONTENT
Pursuant to the notice for the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “2016 Meeting”) of Enzymotec Ltd. (the “Company”), which was published on July 13, 2016 and attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K, furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 14, 2016, the Company hereby furnishes the proxy statement and proxy card for the 2016 Meeting. The 2016 Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., Israel time. Copies of the proxy statement and proxy card are attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
