1. The transactions reported on this Form 4 were affected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on May 23, 2016.

2. The sale price for this transaction in column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold, ranging from $37.55 to $38.50 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. Shares are held by The Ted Ching-Lin Ho Nevada Gift Trust under which the Reporting Person may receive discretionary distributions during his lifetime.

4. The sale price for this transaction in column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold, ranging from $38.55 to $38.70 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

5. Shares are held by The Julie Hsiao Ling Ho Nevada Gift Trust under which the Reporting Person may receive discretionary distributions during his lifetime.

6. The sale price for this transaction in column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold, ranging from $37.975 to $38.95 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

7. The sale price for this transaction in column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold, ranging from $38.975 to $39.375 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

8. Shares are held by The Ted and Julie Ho Living Trust for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee.
