Explanation of Responses:

1. CCCAH Management Partners, LLC sold the underlying shares set forth in box 7 in an underwritten offering on March 7, 2017. The shares were sold at a price of $32.50 per share subject to a $0.975 underwriting discount, for net proceeds of $31.525 per share.

2. The remaining LLC Units will vest and become exercisable not later than half on July 25, 2017 and half on July 26, 2018.

3. The LLC Units do not have an expiration date.
