Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 17, 2019, New Age Beverages Corporation issued a press release announcingthe expansion of its partnership with Nestlé, including the broadening of its license agreement on NESTEA to now include all products under the brand, including NESTEA Powdered Tea products in the United States. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
