Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 16, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of NewAge, Inc. issued a press release announcing a transition in board leadership in which Mr. Greg Fea, who has served as NewAge’s Chairman of the Board for three years, will step down and be succeeded by Mr. Ed Brennan, a current member of the company’s Board. Mr. Fea will continue to serve as a member of the Board. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
