On May 26, 2017, OUTFRONT Media Inc. entered into an agreement with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”) to extend its existing contracts for transit advertising services from June 30, 2017 to September 30, 2017, unless earlier terminated by the MTA on 30 days’ notice.
