Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 3 2020 Black Rock Petroleum announced the Torrance California Oilfield Acquisition.
The acquisition is currently under review by the Company’s auditor to determine a true and fair value of the 520 acre parcel of land that is located in Torrance California.
The company anticipates this to be completed by October 15th 2021 and be fully Otc compliant by this date.
